Changing your password is a very simple and secure process, which you can carry out on your own. Follow these steps to change your password:

1) Forgot your password?

• Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the home page of our site.

• Enter the e-mail address linked to your player account and confirm

• Following the confirmation message, an e-mail will be sent to you to reset your password.

• Now all you have to do is choose your new password!

🚨 Once you have access to your player account again, we advise you to change your password so that you don't forget it.

2) From your player account

• Please go to your ‘Profile’.
• Enter your current and new passwords
• Click on ‘Confirm’
• Your password is now up to date!

🚨 Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, including a capital letter, a number and a special character.
