Verification of your player account is an important step that may be required in certain cases. Here's more information:
1) Why do I need to send my documents ?
- For security reasons and in accordance with the law, we have certain requirements to meet.
- To validate your withdrawals, we need to verify your identity.
- To update your account if the documents have expired.
- In case our financial service requires additional documents for security reasons.
2) Mandatory documents
◆ A valid identity document (choose one) :
- A national identity card (front and back).
- A driver's license (front and back).
- A passport (including the signature page).
- A residence permit (with a validity of more than 10 years).
◆ Proof of address less than 3 months old, showing your name, address, and date (choose one) :
- A bill/certificate for electricity, phone, internet, or gas.
- A home insurance certificate.
- A tax notice for the current year (if received within the last three months).
- A bank statement (excluding online banks).
💡If you live with someone else, you will need to provide the front and back of your host's identity document, as well as a handwritten letter confirming that you live with them (signed, dated, including the birthdate of both the hosted person and the host, and the postal address).

- You must be the account holder, and the statement must be issued by your bank.
- Your name, IBAN, BIC, and the name or logo of your bank must be visible on this document.
💡 We also accept bank receipts printed from ATMs.
3) Other Documents
◆ A copy of the bank cards used
To accept this and for security reasons, please follow these conditions:
- Only show the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card (mask the others).
The same digits should also be masked on the back of the card. - Mask the security code (the last 3 digits on the back of the card).
- Ensure the back of the card is signed by the holder.
(If you are not the cardholder, we also need a copy of the front and back of the cardholder’s identity document.)

◆If you do not have a copy of your bank card in your possession, whether it is a virtual or non-nominative card, you can request proof of ownership from your bank.

4) Where to send my documents ?
- Go to the "Profile" section of your player account.
- Upload your documents in the designated spaces.
- The document size should not exceed 2048KB (2MB).
- The minimum document dimensions should be 255 x 175 PX.
🚨 Before sending your documents, please make sure they are readable, in color, and with all four edges visible.
5) Upload Successful !
- Once your documents are uploaded, you just need to wait for our response.
- You can check the status of your documents in the same section, "My Profil"
- Once analyzed, an email will be sent to you to track the progress of your player account verification!
