1) Check your documents

• Ensure that all four edges of the documents are visible
• Your documents must be in color
• We do not accept duplicates
• Make sure the documents are clear and of good quality
• Verify that the document you wish to upload is the one requested
• All documents must be valid
• Ensure that your name and surname appear on each document
• Check that the documents sent are accepted (you will find the details for each document in our article "Send my documents")

• Upload your compliant documents from the "Profile"
• Once analyzed, you will receive an email to follow the progress of the verification of your player account!
