Making a withdrawal request by bank transfer is quick and easy. Here are the steps to follow:

• You don't need to fill in your bank details when selecting this method.
• In fact, when you send your documents for your account to be verified, you must send us your bank details.
  This is when your bank details are taken into account (See ‘Sending my documents’).
• Go to the Balance section from the home page
• Click on ‘Withdrawals’
• Select ‘Bank Transfer’

💡Useful information:

• A withdrawal is validated in 24 hours on average, once your account has been verified.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is EUR 5 000 over a rolling 7-day period.
• Once your withdrawal has been validated, it may take between 2 and 5 working days for it to appear in your bank account.
