The process for no longer receiving promotional SMS messages is simple. Follow these steps to make the request:

• Go to your player profile
• Go to the very bottom of your profile
• Click on ‘dialogue boxes’ and click on the preferences you wish to activate or deactivate
• Don't forget to click on ‘Save’.
• You will then be unsubscribed from the mailing list!

Or :

• Send us your request, and the reason for it, by contacting us via our live chat or by e-mail
• Once we have received your information, our advisers will take all the necessary steps to unsubscribe you.
• So you won't be receiving any more promotional SMS messages from us!
