- What should I do to unlock the rewards?
The validation of the different stages is based on the accumulation of your bets over the whole week (from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC). The more you bet, the faster you will unlock your rewards. On the other hand, the total of the bets to be made between each level remains at the discretion of the Sultan, but you will be able to follow the progress between each stage thanks to a progress bar.
- What happened to my previously accumulated points?
Aware of your loyalty, the Sultan wants you to make the most of his generosity. The purpose of setting up its Bet Race loyalty program is to reward you more for your loyalty. However, since the old loyalty program is no longer relevant, the points associated with it have therefore been deleted.
- What about my VIP level?
Contrary to popular belief, displaying the number of points next to your VIP status does not correspond to your VIP level. If you have obtained VIP status, this is retained and is therefore in no way affected by the new loyalty program. This new system allows you to be rewarded exponentially on bets made within a defined time. You have the opportunity to win bonuses in line with your level of play and to be rightly rewarded for your loyalty. That is why we have set up the Bet Race program: The more loyal you are, the more you will be rewarded!
- When are rewards credited?
Immediately, once you reach the objective, your reward is added directly to your gift space.
- Why does only a part of my bonuses double?
If your bonuses don't double, you did not complete the objective(s) during the previous week, allowing you to unlock the associated bonuses. The following week, only 100% achieved bonus objectives will unlock the double rewards.
- Why am I not completing the steps as fast as before?
The difficulty increases over the stages. For example, unlocking a €20 cash bonus will require more wagering than a €5 cash bonus, and so on.
- How does my VIP status works with the Bet Race loyalty program?
The Bet Race program is an independent element of your VIP status, such as offers received at each level completed on the previous version. However, this system rewards you according to your actual activity (bets) on Wild Sultan.
- Is it possible to get a reward multiplier greater than 2?
This system does not allow you to earn an unlimited amount. It is only possible to multiply my rewards by two each week. However, the bonus cannot exceed twice the initial amount. For example, if you have completed step 3 for three weeks in a row, the reward offered in the 3rd week will still be €40.
- Is this loyalty program only for high rollers?
Rest assured, the Bet Race program is designed to reward all our players, whether they have a play limit or not. Indeed, this system grants you rewards according to your loyalty. With the rewards obtained, you multiply your chances of getting big winnings on your favourite machines!
- I don't like the machine on which I receive the free spins following the validation of the first step, can I receive them on another provider, or alternatively, can I receive a cash bonus?
